As Ladybuglashes grows I think it's important for us to have fundamental values. I have thought long and hard about what we should use. And I have come up with the word CREATE

Empower

C- We have believed in great communication from the start, I love receiving your messages and emails and want this to continue as our business grows.

R- Respect. Always believe in being respectful to everyone but also to each other.

E- Encourage. We all need this every now and again, help is so important.

A - Approachable. My door is always open, well my inbox 🤣 but we always welcome questions, feedback good or bad, it's how we grow.

T- Treat everyone how you wish to be treated. This is so important, and I have always been lead by this.

E- Empower. I will give you the tools and advise for you to grow.
