POSTAGE AND RETURNS

**Postage Costs**: We strive to dispatch orders on the same working day. We operate Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3:15 PM will be processed the next working day, with a Saturday cut off at 11:50 AM. No orders are processed on Sundays or Bank Holidays.  International and EU orders may incur local taxes or import duties, which are your responsibility. We aim to keep our postage costs straightforward:

**UK**
- Tracked 24: £3.75
- Tracked 48: £3.00
- Next working day delivery (order before 3:15 PM, Monday to Friday, or 11.50 Saturday): £7.00
- Free delivery on orders over £50 (Tracked 24)

**REST OF THE WORLD**
- International Tracked: £10.10-£11.80
- International Signed: £12.40
- Free for orders over £250

**Returns**:

 Items can be returned within 14 days if they are unused and unopened. Return shipping costs are the sender's responsibility. Liquids, sale items, and products marked as non-refundable cannot be returned. If a product is faulty, please reach out to customer service at info@ladybuglashes.co.uk. Note that delivery fees are non-refundable; for orders over £50 with free delivery, a postage, handling, and packaging fee will be deducted from the refund (for UK customers) or the equivalent shipping cost for international orders.

If your order includes a pre-order item, it will be dispatched together, so please consider this when purchasing and ensure you are comfortable waiting until the specified date. Please note that the date is a guideline only, as we rely on information from suppliers, and there may be a few days' delay.
